Mary Goulah Counselling

We are all grieving something; whether it’s the death of a loved one, the loss of a job or relationship, or the transition into a new stage of life. Bereavement, loss, and change are often the reasons we seek support, and I’m glad you’re reaching out. You don’t have to carry it all on your own.

We aren’t meant to navigate life alone, and yet many of us hesitate to share our struggles with others. This is where I can help. For over 20 years, I have walked alongside people through times of sorrow, transition, and joy. Those I have supported have often described me as a safe and comforting presence as they process life’s big feelings and experiences. I will offer compassionate support and practical tools to help you move forward with greater ease, so that you are not simply surviving, but thriving in your one precious life.

Sometimes, major life events lead us to explore deeper questions around meaning, spirituality, and faith. With my background in Pastoral Counselling and my years working in Catholic high schools, I can offer a holistic (mind-body-spirit) approach for those who wish to include this dimension in their healing journey.

I strive to provide an inclusive and affirming online therapy space for people of all identities, backgrounds, and faith journeys.

Everyone is welcome here. I look forward to meeting you. If you'd like to have a quick phone call to see if I might be the right person for you that would be great. There's no pressure and no worries if we are not a good fit. Sometimes finding the right therapist takes time. Reaching out is brave and I'm happy that you have made it this far.

Peace,

Mary E.
