Welcome to Bright Space Therapy.

If you’re here, something in your life probably isn’t feeling so great.

Maybe therapy is familiar to you, and you knew right away this is where you needed to be. Maybe the way you’ve been feeling has been building for a while, and something finally brought you here. Whether it was one specific experience or something that’s been building over time, it’s almost certainly complicated. Maybe it doesn’t even make sense yet. But you’re not “living your best life,” and you hear that’s what all the cool kids are doing.

You don’t have to have the right words for it. This is a place where you can bring the hard stuff exactly as it is. Messy, tangled, or with a few well-earned swear words.

You’re not “all over the place.” You’re not “too much.” You’re overwhelmed.

I’m not here to fix you or rush you toward a better version of yourself. I’m here to sit with you in it. I’ll help you slow things down, untangle what’s going on, and figure out what actually fits for you, in your own language, at your own pace.

Sometimes the work is about making sense of what’s already there, and finding a way to set down what you already know isn’t working.

Bright Space Therapy offers trauma-informed, relational counselling, with online sessions available across BC and in-person counselling in Squamish.
