Dr. Kristina Wilder

I enjoy working with people in therapy to help them understand and better their own lives.  I view this as a team effort as we collaborate to help people manage the challenges of their lives.  Through therapy, we work to craft healthier habits and ways of thinking and move past the approaches that no longer (or maybe never did) work for us.  I will work with you on those changes to help make the difficulties you face easier to overcome.

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology at St. John’s University in New York. I work with individual adults, using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, borrowing techniques from REBT, DBT, and mindfulness as well. I look forward to helping you on your journey.
