I specialize in helping those who feel stuck and unheard, and I am passionate about the fact that we are all complex and deeply nuanced. Therapy is a space for you to feel safe and supported, in order to make sense of what you're going through. Having had to manage my own anxiety, depression, and burnout from my lived experiences - my therapeutic approach had sprouted from a personal story, and I would be honoured to be a helping hand in yours.
Being a person in the diaspora deeply informs my approach, honouring an anti-oppressive and culturally responsive foundation. In our work together, healing may come not only from insight, but also through connection. Our relationship may also be a propeller to an avenue of re-parenting ourselves, and we may even use some humour through it too! We will look at not just symptoms, but root causes, allowing deeper healing to take place. It is also my priority to build coping skills that you can use outside of therapy.You deserve to be seen, heard, and to heal in a way that feels true to you.
