Many people come to therapy because something inside feels stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance. You might notice patterns you want to change, feel weighed down by self-criticism, or find yourself carrying emotions that feel difficult to manage on your own. Often, these experiences show up through different “parts” of us—such as an Angry Part, an Inner Critic, a Perfectionist, a Caretaker or People-Pleaser, or a constant Taskmaster pushing you to do more.
In my work, I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and thoughtfully integrate other approaches when helpful. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where every part of you feels seen, respected, and welcome. Together, we work toward greater Self-leadership, healing, and resilience—always at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
