The fact that you are here suggests that you are already on a journey. A path towards healing and growth. You may be searching for a compassionate space where you can make sense of what you’re carrying. Our work together offers an opportunity to explore your experiences at your own pace, within a supportive and collaborative relationship that values your inner resources, resilience, and capacity for change. I work with adults across the lifespan, from young adulthood through later life.

I support people navigating grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and questions of identity, meaning, or spirituality. All while honouring the unique experiences and wisdom that emerge at each stage of life.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in a family systems lens, recognizing how relationships, past experiences, and broader contexts shape our inner worlds. I approach therapy holistically, attending to the interconnectedness of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. My clinical approach is gentle and flexible, integrating practices tailored to your individual needs.

Spirituality is welcomed and guided by your personal beliefs, values, and lived experience. I completed a Master of Psychospiritual Studies with a certificate in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy (Knox College, University of Toronto), with training in community counselling, acute medicine, and palliative care settings. My work is shaped by cultural humility, interfaith and multi-faith perspectives, and contemplative traditions.

My background as a musician and music teacher for over 20 years continues to inform my work, with an emphasis on listening closely to each unique voice. I understand creativity and self-expression as meaningful pathways toward insight, connection, and healing.
