Therapy for neurodivergent and queer adults navigating chronic illness, disability, and life’s complexities  offered with compassion, creativity, and care.

I work with neurodivergent and queer adults navigating life with chronic illness, pain, disability, type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, addictions, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship and identity challenges.  My goal is to offer a safe, creative, and collaborative space where your experiences are met with compassion and care. Whether you’re just beginning therapy or have been on this path for a while, I will meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore approaches that feel supportive for you grounded in your needs, your history, and your unique way of moving through the world.

My approach is:

  • Client-centered & collaborative  led by your goals and preferences

  • Creative & expressive  drawing on art, mindfulness, and somatic practices

  • Strengths-based & anti-oppressive  honouring your resilience and lived experience

  • Evidence-informed  integrating techniques from talk therapy, DBT, somatic approaches, and expressive arts

I recognize the impact trauma and life experiences can have, and I adapt my work to meet your needs with care and flexibility. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), #19868  and under supervision by Melanie Nesbitt Registered Psychotherapist  with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), #002823.
