I work with neurodivergent and queer adults navigating life with neurodivergence, anxiety, stress, burnout, chronic illness, pain, disability, type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, addictions, relationship and identity challenges.  My goal is to offer a safe, creative, and collaborative space where your experiences are met with compassion and care. Whether you’re just beginning therapy or have been on this path for a while, I will meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore approaches that feel supportive for you grounded in your needs, your history, and your unique way of moving through the world.

I recognize the impact trauma and life experiences can have, and I adapt my work to meet your needs with care and flexibility. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), #19868  and under supervision by Terri Roberton Registered Psychotherapist  with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), #006027

I currently live  and practice in Toronto (Tkaronto), land belonging to Treaty 13, 1805 and to the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ, Haudenosaunee, Wendake-Nionwentsïo peoples.
