I provide virtual psychotherapy for adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from where they want their lives to go.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions around identity and self-worth. From the outside, things may look “together,” but internally there can be a sense that something isn’t fully aligned.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and insight-oriented. I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused work. I help clients better understand their patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned.
I have over 15 years of experience in counselling and hold degrees in Counselling, Education, Theatre, Psychology, and Arts from the University of Ottawa. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
