As a former athlete, continuing to live a healthy and active lifestyle I treat in a very "hands-on" way using exercise prescription and mobility exercises to rehab clients and prevent injuries in others.
Experienced in many Musculoskeletal injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and having worked with athletes of all skill levels from young up and comer to Pro Athletes. Experienced working with Military Veterans and Veteran's Affairs with billing to Blue Cross.
