I’m a gentle, soft-spoken therapist who aims to meet clients exactly where they are in their journey. Clients can expect gentle reflective prompts and a therapist who offers new perspectives and ways of seeing challenges. I will encourage clients to explore the deeper, sometimes uncomfortable parts of their story, at a pace that feels right for them. I believe therapy isn't always comfortable or fun, but it is in this discomfort that growth and learning can happen.
Prior to completing my Masters, I worked closely with students, families, and school staff, and spent time assisting seniors in adjusting to life in retirement communities.
Clinically, I now support individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and low self-worth to communication, relationships, breakups, and the dating world. I also work with many students seeking to improve productivity, establish routines, explore identity, and achieve a better work-life balance.
My work can also focus on working with individuals to explore their sexuality, understand and integrate their sexual self, connect with pleasure, and discover the meaning of sex and intimacy -all within a space free from shame or judgment. I welcome questions about one's sexual self with curiosity.

Warm, gentle, curious, growth-oriented, and approachable.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, my cats, dog, and chickens. You can often find me outside - hiking, biking, or swimming at the beach - soaking up the sun and the nature around me. I’m passionate about movement and fitness, whether I’m lifting weights at the gym or playing a game of soccer. I also love travelling and discovering new places whenever I get the chance!

"Sometimes, to survive, we must become more than we were programmed to be."— Peter Brown, Robot in the Wild
I believe these patterns that we develop in order to survive are not flaws, but protective strategies shaped by our environments and the ways we've learned to view the world - often forming our sense of purpose and how we see ourselves and others. Therapy invites us to reflect on what we've internalized, unlearn the programming that no longer fits, and begin to choose new ways of being. My goal is always to meet people with care and help them feel that their hurt matters, while holding space for the possibility of growth beyond survival.
