WHO AM I?
I am Nadine; a daughter, a mother, a wife, a woman, a friend, a mentor, a scholar, a teacher, a survivor... and I am also a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist.
With my hypnotherapy services, I have been helping adults, pre-teens and teens with various anxiety conditions, sleep, chronic pain, fears, self-confidence and trauma-related difficulties.
AS A HYPNOTHERAPIST, WHAT DO I DO?
As a hypnotherapist, my role is to guide you into your unconscious mind, so you can find answers to questions, solutions to behaviours or emotions you wish to change. Your unconscious mind holds all the information you need to create change; the why, the how to, the what’s my next step… I bring you there, you find the answers that work for you to create long-lasting change. This is always done in a safe and calm environment.

WHAT IS A HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION LIKE?
A hypnotherapy session lasts approximately 60min, with about 30-45 minutes of that time spent in trance. Though individual experiences vary, most people reach a nice state of relaxation during a hypnotherapy session, similar to what one might experience during a deep meditation. For many people, it feels as if they were in a dream, and most people remember part or all that happened during the session.
TRY A HYPNOSIS SESSION, AT NO COST
For all new clients, I offer an INTRODUCTION TO HYPNOSIS SESSION, AT NO COST; this will allow us to discuss how hypnotherapy works, and you will have the chance to experience a short hypnosis session. You’ll then be in a better position to decide whether you want to use my hypnotherapy services to create the change you want. Subsequent sessions are $100.00 for children/teens and $125.00 for adults.
