Hello! I am a registered dietitian and 

registered lactation consultant.

I offer receipts for private insurance, under nutrition and lactation.

I offer services for:

Pregnancy

Infancy

Breastfeeding

Pediatrics 

Services offered - by appointment only

• Lactation consultation (latching issues, pain, low/high milk supply, re-lacation/induced lactation, allergies, etc...)
• Infant feeding difficulties (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, solids)
• Flange fitting and pump coaching (most pump parts are available for purchase at the appointment, and are not included in the service price)
• Pediatric nutrition (0-5 years old)
• Pregnancy and post-partum nutrition 

Service fees (tax included):

After the appointment, you will receive emails with a summary of the appointment, and a receipt for insurance.

About me

I am a registered dietitian-nutritionist (RD) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I graduated from the School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at McGill University. I am a member of the L’Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ), and the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE).

I have taught nutrition in high school, counselled teens in cegep, and have worked in the public sector with perinatal moms, infants and children. Most recently, I have focused on pregnancy, lactation and on infant and childhood nutrition.

I am a proud mom to my 2 wonderful girls - who have taught me a lot about babies and eating in the real world!
