From a clinical perspective, I draw from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Each session is designed to empower you with tools and insights that promote lasting positive change.
