Care Navigation ($50.00)

• 20 minute phone call.
• Informational session that does not include a full intake of your family history. 
• Address your questions regarding access to genetic services that are available through our practice or within the community. 

Genetic Risk Education ($250.00)

• 60 minute virtual consultation.
• Review of medical and family history.
• Identify possible genetic risks.
• Personalized guidance on relevant testing options and available clinical services. 

Genetic Results Review ($350.00)
*Limited to genetic testing reported by a medical-grade, certified clinical laboratory (i.e. non-recreational)

• 60 minute virtual consultation.
• Genetic Risk Education (as detailed above).
• Review of your genetic test results (to be provided to our team prior to your appointment).
• Personalized guidance.

Genetic Report Walkthrough ($550.00)
*Applicable to commercial, online or consumer-initiated genetic testing (i.e. not prescribed by a healthcare provider). These results require additional review and preparation to determine their medical relevance. 

• 60 minute virtual consultation
• Genetic Risk Education (as detailed above)
• Tailored review of your consumer-initiated genetic test results (to be provided to our team prior to your appointment). 
• Personalized guidance regarding access to accredited genetic services  that are available through our practice or within the community for clinical validation.
