Hi there! I am Erin Cape, a registered psychologist in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in counselling individual adults and couples on a range of topics including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Together with my therapy assistance dog, Timber, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore difficult emotions, stresses, relationships, and the self to help you live life in a way that is personally meaningful for you.
I offer a range of evidence-based treatments to work with individuals and couples struggling with mental health and relational concerns. The foundation of my approach is client-centered, and attachment and trauma-informed. It is my goal to show up in all sessions genuinely, modeling my values of compassion, humour, openness, flexibility, and understanding (to name just a few!) to encourage you to do the same.
My current working hours are Monday and Wednesday evenings 5pm to 8pm.
Rates:
$200 for 60-minute adult individual and couples sessions
$250 for 90-minute individual and couples sessions
