Sarah is the founder of InteroCare, where she provides an integrative, trauma-informed approach to mental health care, blending evidence-based psychotherapy with nervous system–informed practices. Her work is collaborative and practical, supporting clients in feeling safer, steadier, and more resourced in their daily lives.
With a background in arts and entertainment leadership and professional cancer coaching, Sarah brings a nuanced understanding of high-pressure environments and complex life demands. She works with adults, teens, couples and families navigating chronic illness and caregiving, cancer recovery, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, major life or career transitions, adolescent stress, and relationship challenges.
In therapy, Sarah helps clients explore thoughts, emotions, and body cues as meaningful guideposts for change. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing™, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), she offers tools that support regulation, insight, and sustainable growth. Sarah provides a warm, non-judgmental space and receives regular clinical supervision in accordance with CRPO standards.
