*Please note, I will be out of office starting August 22nd, 2025 to September 14th, 2025. Any inquiries received during that time will be responded to starting on September 15th.*

Anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and adapting to what life throws at us can be difficult, isolating, confusing, and painful. Whether you're going through a particularly tough time right now, or are dealing with a longer term problem, I'm here to support you through this challenge and help you on your journey to feeling like the best version of yourself. In therapy, I create a safe and compassionate space where we can turn towards your challenges in order to gain understanding, process difficult emotions, build skills, and move towards solutions and goals. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Calgary.

I specialize in supporting people through life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, and procrastination. I work from an attachment-based and relational perspective, incorporating elements of different modalities depending on your needs and goals.

I have had the honor of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive stance. My approach is flexible and grounded in compassion, empathy, respect, and sensitivity. Please click on the button above to send me an appointment request to start with a complimentary consultation. We'll collaborate on a path forward, including answering any questions you may have, discussing your goals, the approach we'll take. I look forward to hearing from you!
