Therapy for the work of returning to who you’re becoming.

Sometimes life gets so busy or overwhelming that parts of us slip into the background. We go on autopilot, push through, and maybe notice an ache we can’t quite name. Therapy is a chance to pause, check in, and listen to yourself more clearly.

This work is not about "fixing" you. You're not broken.

It’s about getting your voice back, making peace with what’s inside, and finding more space to live fully.

Thank you for letting me join you in your healing. A little about me...

Background

I support queer and multicultural adults navigating relationships, identity, family expectations, and the pressure of being who others need them to be. You may be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship concerns, or a major life transition—or trying to figure out how to honour your own needs while balancing the expectations of family, culture, or community.

I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating cross-cultural experiences, LGBTQIA2S+ identity, and relationships and intimacy. This can include exploring what it means to date while queer, navigate ethical non-monogamy, communicate your needs in relationships, set boundaries with family, or balance personal identity with cultural and family expectations. I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, understand recurring relationship patterns, and build a relationship that feels authentic and fulfilling.

As a queer Vietnamese woman who grew up in Vietnam and later adapted to life in Canada, I understand some of the complexities of living between cultures and navigating different expectations around identity, family, and relationships. I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese, and I welcome the opportunity to work with clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in either language.

I have training in sex therapy and bring a sex-positive, inclusive approach to conversations about intimacy, sexuality, desire, and relationships. Whether you are working through a desire discrepancy, navigating changes in your relationship, exploring your sexuality, or simply wanting to feel more comfortable communicating about sex and intimacy, therapy can provide a space to approach these topics openly and without judgment.

Outside of therapy, I’m a singer, actor and writer. I love creating short stories and songs in my free time and playing video games to unwind (I'm a sucker for an open world RPG but don't hit me with Dark Souls, I'm a casual gamer at best and WILL get frustrated and rage quit). Wherever possible, I find opportunities to perform and grow both as an artist and a person.

Therapeutic Approach

I believe therapy should be collaborative, genuine, and tailored to you rather than following a predetermined formula. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your experiences. Together, we can explore the patterns, beliefs, and stories that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others, while identifying practical ways to move toward the life and relationships you want.

I primarily draw from Person-Centred and Narrative Therapy, while integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) when helpful. My goal is not simply to help you cope with what is happening, but to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, communicating your needs, and making choices that feel more aligned with who you are.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are working through relationship challenges, identity and cultural questions, family dynamics, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, we can start wherever you are.

I am a Vietnamese, queer, cisgender woman and practice on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh), Stóō, shíshálh (Sechelt), and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples.

I look forward to meeting you and creating a space where you can explore who you are, what you need, and what a meaningful life and relationship can look like for you.
