Peace Lily Counselling & Psychotherapy

Compassionate, evidence‑based support for individuals, couples, and families

At Peace Lily Counselling & Psychotherapy I offer a calm, steady space for people who have been carrying a lot for a long time. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship strain, or the weight of past experiences, I provide the opportunity for you to slow down, breathe, and sort through what’s happening with someone who cares and understands.

My name is Hanah, a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My work blends evidence‑based practice with a calm, relational approach. I focus on helping you understand what’s happening inside you, make sense of your experiences, and move toward change that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

What therapy feels like with me

Clients often tell me that working together feels:

  • Calm and welcoming — a space where you don’t have to hold everything together.
  • Clear and practical — therapy that helps you understand what’s going on and make a plan that feels doable.
  • Compassionate and non‑judgmental — support that meets you exactly where you are.

Who I help

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking:

  • Relief from anxiety, stress, or emotional overload
  • Support through grief, loss, or major life transitions
  • Healing from trauma or difficult past experiences
  • Strengthening of relationships, communication, and connection
  • Guidance for parenting, caregiving, and family

My approach

I integrate trauma‑informed practice, attachment‑based therapy, CBT/DBT tools, and a gentle, faith‑sensitive lens when desired. My background includes individual counselling, family and couples counselling, and trauma counselling with clients across the lifespan. My focus is always on providing steady, respectful support that helps you move toward what feels healthier and more hopeful.
