| Hi there, welcome to Held Time. A space to meet yourself beneath the roles you carry and to pause long enough to notice what may be getting lost in autopilot. I offer therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and practical change. Our work together may involve understanding emotional and relational dynamics, and putting language to experiences that have felt difficult to make sense of on your own. We may also explore protective responses and internal narratives that may be shaping your experiences in ways that are difficult to fully see alone. Part of therapy is learning how to better understand and name what is happening internally, because clarity often creates more room for intentional change. I believe meaningful work happens when you feel understood and also gently challenged, so our sessions are conversational, engaged, and tailored to you. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, compulsive behaviours, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem and more. I believe therapy should work with your nervous system and way of processing rather than against it, which is why I take an integrative and individualized approach to treatment. My work draws from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy.
