This is not about quick fixes or endless venting, but about gaining clarity, strengthening inner resources, and making intentional, sustainable changes.

I provide confidential online psychotherapy and career-focused counselling, integrating emotional support with thoughtful structure. My approach respects your autonomy, privacy, and capacity for insight, and adapts to your needs rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model.


Booking is straightforward. Simply select an available time, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a brief intake form, session details, and a reminder prior to our appointment.
