As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), community substance use counsellor, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate, I specialize in treating the painful intersections of chemical dependencies, process addictions, and partner betrayal. My Therapeutic Approach

Every individual and relationship requires a distinct path to stabilization. I integrate evidence-based elements from the following advanced modalities to meet your exact needs:

• Trauma Processing & Resolution: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) elements.

• Relational & Couples Recovery: Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.

• Symptom Management & Stabilization: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Meaning & Identity Rebuilding: Existential Psychotherapy frameworks.

The Nuts & Bolts

• Format: 100% secure video sessions only (excepting in-person Betrayed Partners groups). Available to anyone currently located anywhere in Ontario.

• The Trial Run: A free 15-minute phone or video chat to see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, no obligation.

• Accessible Individual Rates: $90 per 50-minute session.

• Affordable Couples Rates: $105 per 50-minute session.

• Insurance: Detailed receipts provided with registration details for extended health insurance reimbursement.

• Privacy & Security: Your privacy is non-negotiable. Our Colib platform is fully PHIPA-compliant and secure, with all clinical data encrypted and stored exclusively on Canadian servers.

Specialized 12-Week Betrayed Partner Groups

To ensure maximum clinical safety and deep stabilization, our specialized in-person group program operates on a hybrid recovery model. Members can choose from two structured tiers depending on their current support system:

• Tier 1: Core Support Group ($75 / week — $900 total cycle) Includes 12 weekly structured group sessions and all curated recovery materials. Note: For psychological safety, participants choosing this tier must confirm they are actively seeing an external individual therapist for ongoing processing.

  Payment Plan Option: To make this program more accessible, you can choose an installment plan consisting of a $300 deposit to secure your spot, followed by $300 at Week 4 and $300 at Week 8.

• Tier 2: Comprehensive Intensive Package ($165 / week — $1,980 total cycle) Includes the 12 weekly group sessions plus a dedicated weekly 50-minute individual psychotherapy session with me to process trauma deeply using EMDR and specialized CSAT frameworks.

  Payment Plan Option: A structured installment plan is also available for this tier, consisting of a $660 deposit to secure your spot, followed by $660 at Week 4 and $660 at Week 8.

Please note: All group placements require a standard 1-to-1 intake screening or initial consultation prior to booking. Receipts for insurance purposes are issued separately for individual and group sessions.
