Still Mind:
I. a state of mental calmness, free from the usual distractions of thoughts, emotions, and sensations that we experience in daily life.
II. a state of inner quietude, in which the mind is focused and centred on the present moment.
Well, hey there! My name is Taylor, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the founder of Still Minds Psychotherapy & Counselling.
I believe that therapy works best when we can show up as real people - messy, curious, and fully human. My approach is grounded in authenticity and empowerment; I don't see myself as the expert on your life, but as someone who walks alongside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom and strength. Together, we'll create space for honesty, self-compassion, and growth. Even when things feel hard or uncertain.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing doesn't mean becoming someone new - it's about coming home to who you already are. I'm looking forward to journeying home next to you!
