Welcome. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges. My practice offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space that respects each person's unique values, worldview, and lived experiences.

With a holistic approach rooted in trauma-informed and client-centred principles, I draw upon my extensive background in alternative healing modalities and teaching to tailor sessions to your individual needs. Whether you're feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater clarity, my goal is to create a calm, collaborative environment where healing can unfold at your own pace. Together, we will explore patterns, develop new coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals that resonate with you.

I understand that reaching out for support can be a courageous step, and I am here to walk alongside you with kindness and understanding. My approach is integrative and compassionate, honouring your unique story and empowering you to discover your inner resilience. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life, and my role is to support your journey toward self-awareness, growth, and healing.

With 25 years of experience as a teacher and 15 years working with clients one-on-one, I have supported diverse populations—including children navigating stressful or overwhelming situations, adolescents facing academic and identity challenges, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I incorporate multiple modalities, mindfulness-based and trauma‑informed techniques to foster resilience, self‑acceptance, and empowerment. I prioritize building trust and mutual respect, focusing on your strengths and resources while also considering the social and cultural factors that shape your experience.

I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I am committed to meeting you wherever you are in your healing journey. Whether you are managing everyday stress, navigating relationships, healing from past wounds, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my intention is to create a space of unconditional support and genuine connection.
