Compassionate Support. Meaningful Change.

TK Counselling provides client-centred psychotherapy and counselling for individuals seeking support, healing, and personal growth.

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11252479) and a Counselling Therapist (ACTA #3279), I offer evidence-informed counselling approaches tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals. I believe that effective counselling begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.

I am also a teacher and educator with more than 20 years of experience working with children, families, and groups. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of experiences, challenges, transitions, and stages of life. I have also received training in trauma-informed practice, which has deepened my understanding of how difficult experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. This experience has strengthened my commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe, respected, and supported.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking greater self-understanding and personal growth, counselling can provide a supportive space to explore what you're experiencing and develop meaningful ways forward.

I recognize that access to mental health care can be a barrier for many individuals and families. To help make counselling more accessible, TK Counselling offers reduced-fee and sliding-scale appointments. Please inquire.

My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
