How can I help you?

I am Judith Klapak, a certified counsellor dedicated to providing a supportive space where you can explore your challenges, understand your patterns, and develop skills to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment difficulties. I work with children (8+), teens, and adults, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. My methods include EMDR, Coherence Therapy,  Parts work, Polyvagal-informed care, and DBT skills.

I offer in-person counselling in Stettler, Alberta, and virtual sessions across Alberta, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, so support is accessible no matter where you are.

Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression, or seeking to strengthen your resilience and emotional well-being, I work alongside you at your own pace to help you create meaningful changes.

Typical session fee: $150 per 50-minute session. Sliding scale rates may be available—please inquire.

Insurance: It is always best to verify with your insurance if therapy is covered, as each plan varies. CCC or CT are covered. Direct billing may be available. Please reach out to discuss.
