Whether it is personal or professional, relationships or self, my purpose is to help you find clarity on the issues, heal from the pain, and grow from your strength. As a registered Social Worker with over 27 years of clinical experience, I provide intensive support, and guidance to individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide range of life’s challenges like childhood abuse, mental health, trauma, relationship difficulties, and parenting struggles, to name a few. I also deliver coaching to professionals looking to reach their full potential or to those faced with workplace problems like bullying and/or burn-out.

I practice in a strength-based, person-centered (you are the expert of your life), collaborative approach to foster self-reflection and sustainable growth, using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored toyour unique needs (e.g., CBT, Trauma informed, Solution focused, Narrative, Systemic).

In addition, I am a certified Safe & Together Practitioner and Trainer specializing in working with individuals impacted by Intimate Partner Violence, including survivors (victim and children/youth),family and friends trying to support them, and perpetrators motivated to make better, non-violent/controlling choices.

You cannot always choose what happens to you, but you can choose how to respond. Doing it together will get you there sooner!
