Nothing in our lives happens in isolation so our stories, relationships, and lived experiences intertwine to shape the path we are living today. I view counselling as a space to examine all the ways your unique journey and your interactions within broader societal structures come together to shape your perspective, strengths, and resources.
Rooted in liberation psychology, anti-oppressive practice, and feminist perspective, my practice honors acting in resistance to societal injustices and trauma. I implement an approach based on client needs and what resonates most, through evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, or internal family systems.
I see the ways we respond to hardship are meaningful acts of survival, not personal flaws. You do not need to be in acute crisis to deserve dedicated, grounded support. Together, we move beyond generic self-care to cultivate practices that honor your nervous system, align with your values, and uphold your humanity.
