Rain Gill is a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). With over 13 years of experience, she supports individuals aged sixteen (16) and older through life's challenges, transitions, and periods of overwhelm. Rain holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Trent University and a diploma in Social Service Work from Sir Sandford Fleming College.

Rain provides emotional wellness and psychosocial support in a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore challenges, strengthen coping and daily living skills, navigate life transitions, and work toward meaningful personal goals. Services are tailored to each person's unique strengths, needs, preferences, and circumstances.

Her practice is guided by a relational, person-centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused, recovery-oriented, anti-oppressive, culturally responsive, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Support may include reflective listening, emotional support, psychoeducation, collaborative goal setting, problem solving, skill building, and connecting individuals with helpful resources and services.

Known for her authenticity, compassion, and sense of humour, Rain strives to create a space where people feel seen, heard, respected, and supported as they move toward greater wellbeing.

Outside of work, Rain enjoys life with her partner and two children and loves poetry, horror movies, chocolate, and a good cup of coffee.
