What We Do:

  • Individual ADHD Coaching &/or Conflict Coaching tailored to meet the clients individuality and needs.

  • Mindfulness counselling for anxiety and persistent low mood.

  • Literacy tutoring for struggling readers. We follow the NILD Gray Matter Literacy Program. It is a complete systematic and structured literacy program: including explicit instruction in vocabulary, fluency, phonological awareness, comprehension and more.
