Unposed Therapy

Windsor, Ontario, Canada

It’s normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or sad from time to time. But sometimes, the line between everyday stress and burnout becomes blurred, and you may find yourself struggling to keep up with the demands of life, feeling disconnected from yourself, or carrying the weight of an experience that feels difficult to process. When these experiences begin to affect your sense of self, your relationships, your daily life, or your overall well-being, it may be time to pause and take care of what’s been asking for your attention.

I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, and I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, stress and burnout, self-esteem and imposter syndrome, life transitions, emotional difficulties, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are, while grounding my work in strengths-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive care. When it feels meaningful to you, I’m also open to incorporating faith into our work. Most importantly, I believe therapy is not about changing who you are—it’s about creating space to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence.

Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and create space for something different. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready for a change, we can work at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin—we can start exactly where you are.
