Remote Clinical Counselling Across BC

Counselling Philosophy

Meaningful growth begins with self-awareness, emotional insight, and the courage to face life’s challenges. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your values and the direction you want to take.

Counselling is a collaborative process that honors your unique story and strengths. Together, patterns, emotions, and beliefs that may be holding you back are explored, while building on your resilience and capacity for change. This space is inclusive, non-judgmental, and designed to help you feel truly heard and empowered.

Whether navigating transitions, managing stress or anxiety, working through relationship challenges, or seeking deeper clarity and personal growth, therapy can support you in moving forward with confidence, authenticity, and greater self-trust.

About Christina

Registered Clinical Counsellor | Personal & Professional Growth

Christina is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is also a certified BC teacher, with past training in yoga that informs her understanding of the mind-body connection.

Before moving into the fields of counselling and education, Christina held leadership roles in both private and non-profit organizations. She enjoyed mentoring teams, improving systems, and creating collaborative, people-centered workplaces.

Today, Christina brings that same passion for growth and connection to her counselling work. She has supported children, youth, adults, and families affected by domestic violence, and currently works with adults from all walks of life—including professionals, parents, young adults, creatives, and those navigating life changes or seeking deeper self-understanding.

Her focus areas include life transitions, stress and anxiety, career and leadership development, boundary-setting, self-worth and shame, creative blocks, and personal growth.

Grounded in trauma-informed, Humanistic and Existential therapy, Christina honors each person’s unique experience and capacity for growth. She works collaboratively to help clients reconnect with their values, strengths, and goals. Using evidence-based methods like Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, ACT, and CBT, she tailors support to each individual’s needs with warmth and respect.

Known for her genuine care, insight, and calm presence, Christina creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and thrive. Beyond counselling, she finds joy in creative activities, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family.
