Yes. Client accounts are authenticated with two-factor authentication, messages and documents are encrypted, data is hosted in Canada and access is logged, which is what PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 expect for the confidentiality of health information.
Do clients have to create an account?
Clients can book from your public page without an account. An account is created when they use the portal for messaging, forms, documents or invoices, and you can require it for a given form.
Can clients send me files?
Yes. Clients attach files to secure messages or upload documents requested in a form. Everything is encrypted and filed in the client's chart.
Is the portal available in French?
Yes. The portal, forms, notifications and receipts are fully bilingual. Each client picks their language and the whole experience follows.
Can clients pay their invoices in the portal?
Yes. Clients see their invoices and insurance receipts, download them and pay any balance online. Saved cards make follow-up payments a single click.
