Is the calendar sync really two-way?
Yes. Colib appointments are created, updated and deleted in your Google Calendar or Outlook, and events created in your personal calendar come back into Colib as busy blocks. Both directions update in real time.
Does it work with both Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. Each practitioner can connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or both at the same time. Personal accounts and professional Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts are all supported.
Does two-way sync prevent double bookings?
It does. Events synced from your personal calendar automatically block the matching slots on your online booking page, so a client can never book you during a personal commitment.
Will client information appear in my personal calendar?
