How Many Forms do I get?

You will automatically be allowed 5 received forms for each appointment. If that amount doesn’t meet the needs of your business, or you want to use forms only, please contact us about specific pricing.

How do online payments work, and how much does it cost?

You can enable payments easily so that your patients and clients can securely pay after receiving your invoice.

There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no other hidden fees. You will be charged our secured payment partner fee (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.3) plus $0.25 per transaction. You only pay for the service when you use it.

How can I pay my subscription?

Simply add a credit card in the payment section, after selecting your plan.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Colib for 30 days without entering your credit card details.

How does the free trial work?

Our free 30-day trial, with access to all features and support, allows you to test if Colib is the right system for your practice before subscribing.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

When the 30-day trial is over you will automatically have access to our free plan unless you choose to sign up for a paid plan. To do so, you will need to select that plan in the Payments menu and enter your credit card details.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Colib allows you to upgrade or downgrade at any time. Click on “Payments” in your Colib account, to change your plan.

What if I want to cancel?

That happens, and we're grateful for your journey with us anyway! Simply cancel your subscription in the payment tab. At the end of the period, your account will go back to the free version. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call us.
